Position Overview
We are seeking a Structural Restoration Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. This is a remote position serving the New England area, with preference for candidates based in Massachusetts or Connecticut. You'll enjoy the flexibility to manage your own schedule, collaborate with a supportive network of engineers across the Northeast, and focus on delivering exceptional restoration projects - without the pressure of generating your own business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage structural restoration projects from start to finish.
- Perform site visits (typically 2-3 per week) to assess conditions and oversee project execution.
- Collaborate with other engineers through regular team calls and shared resources.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the company's continued growth through technical excellence and innovative solutions.
What We're Looking For
- PE license (Professional Engineer) preferred.
- Proven experience in structural restoration.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with a remote team.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
