Salary: $150,000 - $200,000+ (DOE)

Summary:
A rapidly growing luxury residential developer and general contractor is seeking an exceptional Superintendent to lead ground‑up, high‑end residential projects across the Bay Area, Napa Valley, and Lake Tahoe. With projects ranging from $2-3M custom homes to a flagship $12M luxury estate, you will be the on‑site construction leader driving quality, schedule, and execution.

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Providing full on‑site leadership for luxury residential projects.
  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and in‑house carpentry/finishes crews.
  • Managing daily scheduling, sequencing, inspections, and quality control.
  • Reading plans, conducting layout, and driving the project from foundation through final finishes.
  • Managing RFIs, onsite problem‑solving, and solutions‑oriented communication.
  • Working closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineer for documentation, vendor coordination, and administrative support.

The Superintendent should have the following qualifications:

  • 3-10+ years supervising residential or commercial construction sites.
  • Strong experience with high‑end, luxury, or custom residential work preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems, drive accountability, and own outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills - client‑facing demeanor is essential.
  • Experience coordinating trades on multimillion‑dollar builds.
  • Candidates with experience in a client‑rep environment or who have worked in fast‑growth, entrepreneurial GC settings are highly desired.
