Job Description:
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex water and wastewater projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and driving project success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water and wastewater projects from inception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater and potable water project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of water and wastewater regulations and standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
