A nationally recognized, 100% employee-owned engineering and infrastructure consulting firm is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to support the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team focused on the design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, collection systems, distribution systems, and related infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering designs, calculations, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Support the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects.
- Assist with water and wastewater treatment facility improvements and expansions.
- Contribute to the design of pipelines, pump stations, collection systems, and distribution networks.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and construction-phase services.
- Support permitting efforts and regulatory compliance activities.
- Perform quality control reviews and ensure technical excellence throughout project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire.
- Experience working on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Familiarity with treatment processes, conveyance systems, pump stations, utility infrastructure, and related engineering standards.
