About the Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support senior leadership in delivering a wide range of façade restoration and compliance projects across New York City. You'll gain hands‑on experience with all phases of project execution - from field investigations to client coordination- while working alongside licensed architects and engineers committed to mentorship and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing façade restoration and FISP projects from initial assessment through construction close‑out

  • Conduct site inspections, field measurements, and condition assessments

  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and project documentation

  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and building owners

  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking

  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions‑oriented project team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering

  • Minimum 2-3 years of NYC FISP (Local Law 11) and façade restoration experience

  • Background in building envelope systems, exterior inspections, or restoration work

  • Strong communication, organization, and technical writing skills

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast‑moving environment

  • Interest in pursuing architectural or engineering licensure

  • Willingness to be out in the field
