About the Role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support senior leadership in delivering a wide range of façade restoration and compliance projects across New York City. You'll gain hands‑on experience with all phases of project execution - from field investigations to client coordination- while working alongside licensed architects and engineers committed to mentorship and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing façade restoration and FISP projects from initial assessment through construction close‑out
Conduct site inspections, field measurements, and condition assessments
Prepare technical reports, drawings, and project documentation
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and building owners
Support project scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking
Contribute to a collaborative, solutions‑oriented project team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of NYC FISP (Local Law 11) and façade restoration experience
Background in building envelope systems, exterior inspections, or restoration work
Strong communication, organization, and technical writing skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast‑moving environment
Interest in pursuing architectural or engineering licensure
