Who You Are:
You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in building enclosures. You bring a portfolio of impactful projects, a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to mentor and grow within a collaborative team.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Phius Certified Consultant (CPHC®)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 7+ years of direct experience in building enclosure consulting
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects of varying size and complexity
- Deliver high-quality building science services
- Develop project plans, technical details, and specifications
- Communicate with clients throughout project lifecycles
- Design and analyze roofing, cladding, and waterproofing systems
- Delegate tasks and mentor junior staff
- Prepare technical reports and recommendations
- Write proposals and assist in business development
- Attend industry events for networking and professional growth
