Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising materials testing processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met and that all materials used in construction projects comply with applicable guidelines and specifications.
- Certifying materials and meticulously managing compliance documentation to align with industry standards, ensuring all processes adhere to the required regulatory frameworks and project specifications.
- Developing and implementing efficient documentation and recordkeeping systems to support seamless project execution and to facilitate traceability and accountability throughout all stages of the project.
- Coordinating on-site activities and field operations to maximize efficiency, reduce delays, and ensure that all project deliverables are met within the established timelines and budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining robust Quality Assurance / Quality Control measures to ensure that all aspects of project execution align with the highest levels of quality and safety.
- Providing critical support during the project closeout phase, including the preparation of final documentation, resolution of outstanding issues, and successful handover of completed works to stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- Materials Testing Oversight: Demonstrated expertise in managing and supervising material quality processes, with a strong ability to identify and address potential quality issues proactively.
- Materials Certification & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations, coupled with the ability to ensure all materials and processes meet the necessary compliance requirements through detailed certification and documentation.
- Field Coordination: Proven ability to effectively manage on-site activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and team leadership to ensure smooth field operations and successful project outcomes.
