About the Role
As COO, you will be the central force behind the coordination and execution of all programs, projects, and initiatives within the DPO. This role is both internally and externally focused, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, operational leadership, and program delivery expertise.
You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage key relationships, and ensure that all deliverable align with strategic objectives. If you thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoy building systems that scale, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all DPO initiatives, projects, and staff.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive program management plan.
- Oversee daily operations, performance reporting, and administrative processes.
- Ensure governance, reporting, and policy compliance across all activities.
- Provide strategic advice to the Bioenergy Group on project delivery and supply chain support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across public and private sectors.
- Drive sustainable, long-term supply chain solutions and cost-effective outcomes.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in senior operational or program leadership roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Expertise in governance, reporting, and performance management.
- Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept to execution.
- Experience in supply chain, infrastructure, or energy sectors is a plus.
