This firm has played a key role in restoring and reroofing some of the most iconic federal buildings in the nation's capital.
As their project portfolio continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join their team and eventually take the lead on all roofing operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale commercial reroofing projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with federal clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Oversee field operations, safety compliance, and quality control
- Provide technical guidance on roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing large commercial reroofing projects
- Strong technical proficiency with all major commercial roofing systems
- Proven experience working on government or federal projects is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with federal contracting processes and safety standards
