We're seeking a motivated Control Engineer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience who's eager to grow, learn, and take on exciting engineering challenges. What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize PLC-based control systems, primarily using Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens hardware and software.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and system upgrades at customer sites across the US and internationally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design, document, and improve automated processes.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers with clarity, professionalism, and strong problem‑solving ability.

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in automation, controls engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley (RSLogix/Studio 5000) and/or Siemens Step 7/TIA Portal PLCs.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international trips.
  • Great communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions.
