- TCFD、CDP、SBT、RE100等への対応支援、統合報告書・サステナビリティレポート作成支援
- 脱炭素・気候変動政策や市場トレンドの調査、顧客向け情報発信（ウェビナー等）
- プロダクトチームと連携した新機能・新サービスの企画立案・推進
- GHG排出量（Scope1-3、LCA）算定・開示支援のコンサルティング経験3年以上
- TCFD、CDP等の気候変動・ESG開示プロジェクトの実務経験
- サステナビリティ／ESG戦略策定、カーボンニュートラル支援の経験
- 官民連携・自治体案件、脱炭素実証事業の経験
- 環境リスクマネジメント、環境DD、ISO14001、エネルギー管理士等の知見
- シンクタンク、監査法人、金融系総研、テクノロジー企業でのESG経験
- Scope3を含む高度な脱炭素コンサルティングに深く携われる

We are hiring a Senior Sustainability Consultant to lead GHG accounting, disclosure, and decarbonization strategy projects. This role combines hands-on ESG consulting with active involvement in product and service development.
- Lead GHG emissions calculation (Scope 1-3, LCA) and decarbonization roadmap projects
- Support climate-related disclosures (TCFD, CDP, SBT, RE100) and sustainability reporting
- Research climate policy and market trends; deliver insights via webinars and client engagements
- Collaborate with product teams to design and launch new ESG-related features and services
- 3+ years of consulting experience in GHG accounting (Scope 1-3, LCA) and disclosure
- Hands-on experience with TCFD, CDP or similar ESG disclosure frameworks
- Sustainability/ESG strategy consulting experience
- Public-private partnership or municipal decarbonization projects
- Environmental risk management, environmental due diligence, ISO certifications
- Experience at consulting firms, think tanks, audit firms, or ESG-focused tech companies
- Work at the forefront of Japan's decarbonization efforts
- Influence both client strategy and in-house product innovation
- Fast-growing organization with strong backing and entrepreneurial culture
