DeltaV Automation Engineer
A well-established company is seeking a skilled DeltaV Automation Engineer to support projects within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. This role involves working on the design, configuration, and implementation of process control systems, with a strong focus on Emerson DeltaV Distributed Control Systems (DCS).

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement process control solutions tailored to life sciences manufacturing.
- Program, test, and document Emerson DeltaV DCS systems.
- Develop technical documentation including User Requirement Specifications, Design Specifications (software and hardware), and validation/testing protocols.
- Create electrical panel schematics and scope of supply documents.
- Lead and manage automation projects, ensuring timely progress and delivery.
- Support on-site installation, testing, and startup of control systems.
- Collaborate with plant personnel to deploy effective control strategies.
- Provide training to operators and engineers on control systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in S88 Batch structure and interpretation of P&ID drawings.
- Hands-on experience with DeltaV automation systems is essential.
- Familiarity with commissioning and startup of control systems.
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Wonderware, GE) is advantageous.
- Understanding of control system and PC networking technologies.
- Experience with cGMP standards, 21 CFR Part 11, and FDA regulatory requirements.
