The Design Engineer II will be responsible for…
- Performing HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or related system calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Completing complex engineering calculations including heating/cooling loads, equipment selection and sizing, friction loss, and hydraulic calculations.
- Preparing preliminary and redline design layouts to support estimating and design development.
The Design Engineer II should have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or building systems design.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or related system design and operations.
- Proficiency with CAD/BIM tools and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
