About the Role
An Electrical Contractor I am working with is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with a strong background working for an electrical contractor to lead and manage crews on large-scale commercial projects ranging from $5 million to $40 million. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in electrical construction and proven leadership skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on commercial construction projects.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Schedule work activities and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues.
- Monitor progress and quality of electrical installations.
- Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical construction, preferably with an electrical contractor.
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and commercial electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA certification preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)
- Truck Allowance: $1,000/month
- Phone Allowance: $150/month
- Fuel Card: Provided and paid off
