業務内容
ISOマネジメントシステムの第三者監査（主にオンサイト）
QMS / EMS / OHS / SHE 等
製造業を中心とした顧客現場での監査対応
是正処置の確認・報告書作成
社内での技術的ディスカッションおよび品質向上への貢献
必須要件（いずれか）
ISO監査経験（第三者もしくは内部監査）
ISO審査員研修修了者、または審査員資格保有者
製造業での実務経験（品質・環境・安全など）
歓迎分野・バックグラウンド
化学・素材・製造業バックグラウンド
安全衛生（SHE）、環境、労働安全の実務経験
工場・プラントでの勤務経験
勤務地・働き方
自宅拠点でのリモート＋必要に応じた出張、現場での検証実施対応

Position Overview
This role is with a global third-party certification body, responsible for conducting ISO-based management system audits.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct third-party audits of ISO management systems (primarily on-site)
Audit scope may include:
QMS (Quality Management Systems)
EMS (Environmental Management Systems)
OHS (Occupational Health & Safety)
SHE (Safety, Health & Environment)
Perform on-site audits at customer manufacturing facilities
Review and verify corrective actions
Prepare audit reports in accordance with certification requirements
Contribute to internal technical discussions and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications (One or more of the following)
Experience conducting ISO audits (third-party or internal)
Completion of ISO auditor training, or possession of auditor / lead auditor certification
Practical experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in:
Quality
Environmental management
Safety or occupational health
Preferred Backgrounds
Chemical, materials, or general manufacturing industry experience
Hands-on experience in:
Environment
Safety and health (SHE)
Occupational safety management
Factory or plant-based working experience
Work Location & Style
Home-based (remote) with required travel for on-site audits and verification activities
