We're working with a fast-growing environmental and geotechnical firm that has expanded from 1 to 75+ employees in just 5 years - with a clear goal of 50 offices and $50M revenue over the next decade.
Following a recent acquisition in Tallahassee, they're hiring a Geotechnical Engineer to support the Branch Manager and play a key role in delivering and growing geotechnical services across the region.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to grow into leadership. You'll work closely with an experienced branch manager, and have the opportunity to develop technical and client-facing skills along the way.

What We're Looking For
EIT or PE license (or ability to obtain PE in Florida)
3-8+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering
Solid technical foundation: reports, fieldwork, lab testing, recommendations
Interest in business, clients, and eventually leadership
Based in or willing to relocate to Tallahassee, FL
