The Opportunity

The firm is expanding its Geotechnical division and is seeking both Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead diverse, complex, cradle‑to‑grave projects. This is a high‑impact role offering leadership autonomy, visibility across the business, and a clear advancement pathway.

You will work across:

  • Public & private sector clients
  • Oil & Gas, Mining
  • Major infrastructure programs
  • Some of the largest national Data Center developments

Minimum Requirements

  • P.E. license required (mandatory)
  • 5 to 30+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
  • Ability to commute west of Pittsburgh at least 3 times per week
  • Proven experience managing geotechnical projects, clients, and deliverables
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
