About the Role

We are seeking a polished, proactive, and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to support C‑suite and senior executives within a high‑growth, private‑equity‑backed roll‑up organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned EA who thrives in a dynamic operating environment, excels at creating structure amidst rapid change, and brings executive‑level professionalism to every interaction.

The EA will play a critical role in enabling executive productivity, overseeing operational workflows, and acting as a strategic right hand. This role requires impeccable judgment, a high degree of confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Qualifications

  • 7-12+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C‑suite or senior executives in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments; PE or investment-backed company experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with calm, clarity, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to create polished, executive-ready materials.
  • High EQ, strong interpersonal instincts, and the ability to build credibility quickly.
  • Comfort operating with minimal guidance and making informed decisions independently.
  • Experience supporting M&A processes, due diligence, or multi‑entity organizational structures is a plus.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and productivity platforms.
