【業務内容|Responsibilities】
1. リード創出と商談化をリード
インバウンドリード(問い合わせ・資料請求など)への初回対応
ターゲット企業へのアウトバウンドアプローチ
メール/電話/SNS(LinkedIn等)を活用したコミュニケーション設計
アポイント獲得率の最大化
2. 顧客課題のヒアリングとニーズ深掘り
業界・事業構造を理解した上での課題把握
プロダクトが貢献できるポイントの特定
フィールドセールスへのスムーズなバトンパス
3. パイプライン管理と戦略実行
CRMを活用したリード状況の整理・分析
マーケティングと連携したリード育成施策の推進
セールス活動の改善サイクルの構築
【必須要件|Requirements】
B2B領域での営業またはインサイドセールス経験
SaaS / ITツールに対する基本理解、または強い興味
【歓迎要件|Preferred】
CRM(Salesforce / HubSpot など)の利用経験
スタートアップでの勤務経験
サステナビリティ、気候変動対策などの社会課題解決の関心
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
Position Overview
We are currently supporting our partner, a global SaaS company, in hiring an Inside Sales professional.
The product is a data-driven SaaS platform designed to help companies advance their sustainability initiatives.
With a rapidly growing user base, the sales organization is expanding, and this role has been created to strengthen the team.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads (inquiries, brochure requests, etc.)
- Conduct outbound outreach to targeted accounts
- Design and execute communication strategies using email, phone, and social channels (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Maximize appointment-setting efficiency and conversion rates
2. Customer Needs Discovery & Qualification
- Understand each prospect's industry, business structure, and sustainability challenges
- Identify where the product can deliver the most value
- Ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities to Field Sales
3. Pipeline Management & Execution
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze lead status
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead nurturing strategies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and performance cycles
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales or inside sales
- Basic understanding of SaaS / IT tools, or a strong interest in the SaaS domain
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in sustainability, climate action, or social impact
- Business-level English proficiency
