Senior Interior Designer

A design‑driven, collaborative firm is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to lead or support projects from early programming and concept development through final completion. You'll partner closely with clients and internal teams to create interior environments that reflect each client's goals, culture, and brand identity.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a CIDA‑accredited program
  • NCIDQ certification required
  • 8+ years of experience in a commercial architecture or interior design firm
  • 4+ years of experience managing commercial interior design projects
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to manage multiple mid‑ and large‑scale projects simultaneously
  • Proven expertise in design, documentation, and project delivery
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrated competency in interior design specifications, industry standards, and FF&E procurement
