Land Development - Professional Engineer

We are looking for a Professional Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead land planning and infrastructure design projects. You'll work closely with public agencies, private clients, and our internal team to deliver projects that balance function, sustainability, and budget.
Your Role:
Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle-from site feasibility and infrastructure design to final approvals.
Collaborate with clients, municipalities, architects, and consultants to meet project goals.
Coordinate permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
Mentor junior engineers and designers, and help guide their technical development.
Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil Engineering.
Active P.E. license in the State of Tennessee.
Minimum 4 years' experience in commercial site design and land development.
Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Autodesk Civil 3D is highly preferred.
LEED AP certification is a plus.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
