Mid-Level Landscape Architect
Position Overview
A growing design focused firm is seeking a Mid Level Landscape Architect to support the development of high quality site and landscape projects. This individual will work closely with senior staff to carry design concepts into detailed plans, assist with client coordination, and contribute creative ideas to the project team. The role offers opportunities for increasing responsibility, professional growth, and involvement in a wide range of design challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of site plans, grading plans, planting plans, and technical details
- Contribute to conceptual and schematic design through diagrams, renderings, and iterative studies
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to support integrated project delivery
- Produce clear and accurate construction documents and graphics
- Participate in site analysis, research, and project presentations
- Support team members during construction administration by reviewing submittals and responding to field queries
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Landscape Architecture
- Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in a design office
- Strong graphic and technical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling programs
- Understanding of planting design, materials, grading, and construction documentation
- Detail oriented, collaborative, and proactive in problem solving
- Interest in professional licensure
