This is a fully remote opportunity to take a leading role in delivering and shaping water treatment solutions, while driving client relationships and contributing to the growth of a nationally expanding water practice.

The Role
- Act as a seller/doer, leading both project delivery and client development
- Lead design of municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Provide technical leadership across process design, hydraulics, and instrumentation/controls
- Oversee QA/QC, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary coordination
- Support proposals, presentations, and business development efforts
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
What You'll Need
- 15+ years in water/wastewater treatment engineering
- Strong experience in treatment plant design, hydraulics, and process systems
- Proven client-facing and business development capability
- PE preferred (flexible depending on experience)
