The company is seeking an experienced Project Executive | Commercial Renovation to join the team in the Baltimore area. This role will play a key part in the firm's growth across the DMV market as they look to continue scaling off the back of an incredibly successful 2025.
Key responsibilities of the Project Executive | Commercial Renovation include:
- Provide executive-level oversight of all active projects across the DMV region
- Lead and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and operational staff.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop, mentor, and coach Project Managers and emerging leaders
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
