A nationally recognized civil engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial land development projects. This role involves managing project execution, coordinating with clients and municipalities, and guiding internal teams through all phases of development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Supervise design teams and oversee the preparation of civil plan sets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and local agencies.
- Manage internal resources and technical support teams (survey, traffic, drainage, etc.).
- Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Provide construction-phase support, including RFIs and site visits.
- Mentor and manage junior staff, supporting their technical and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land development, including at least 1 year in a project management role.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and CAD-based design tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- PE license in Texas.
