Location: Chino, California
Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 (plus eligibility for Operations Bonus Plan)
Reports To: Director, Project Management


About the Energy Group

The Energy Group specializes in building projects that power the future-from solar and battery storage to substations, EV charging, microgrids, and converter stations. This role is part of the Renewables Division, where you'll manage challenging construction projects and leverage your project management expertise.


Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of renewable energy projects. This position involves managing planning, execution, and financial performance while leading a high-performing team. Travel may be required based on project needs, with per diem provided for long-term assignments.


What You'll Do

  • Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring alignment with company values: safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead and develop teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects meet financial goals, timelines, and specifications.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in renewable energy (solar PV experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of union labor practices, cost accounting, and collective bargaining agreements is a plus.
