The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of a major industrial warehouse development. This is a high-impact, on-site role where you'll oversee all phases of the project lifecycle-from pre-construction through delivery-ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and permitting processes
  • Oversee construction superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Collaborate with in-house architects and engineers
  • Prepare scopes of work and review trade contracts
  • Track project progress and prepare AIA documentation
  • Maintain communication with leadership and prospective tenants

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in industrial construction
  • Strong civil engineering background
  • Expertise in precast wall systems, structural steel, and concrete foundations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Procore
  • Skilled in bid leveling and trade coordination
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
