The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of a major industrial warehouse development. This is a high-impact, on-site role where you'll oversee all phases of the project lifecycle-from pre-construction through delivery-ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and permitting processes
- Oversee construction superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
- Collaborate with in-house architects and engineers
- Prepare scopes of work and review trade contracts
- Track project progress and prepare AIA documentation
- Maintain communication with leadership and prospective tenants
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in industrial construction
- Strong civil engineering background
- Expertise in precast wall systems, structural steel, and concrete foundations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Procore
- Skilled in bid leveling and trade coordination
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
