About the Role
As a Land Development Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, design, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You'll collaborate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage land development projects from concept through construction
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies
- Oversee design teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality plans
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- 6+ years of experience in land development engineering
- Strong knowledge of Houston-area development codes and permitting processes
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
