Project Manager
Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for guiding the successful execution of multiple small to mid‑size electrical construction projects, or serving as the primary lead on a large, complex project. This position oversees on‑site operations from early planning and bidding stages through project delivery, documentation, and closeout. While tasks may be delegated to the project team, the Senior Project Manager retains full responsibility for project performance and results.
Minimum Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of electrical construction methods, generally achieved through completion of a multi‑year electrical apprenticeship program
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the construction industry

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead project safety initiatives
- Manage contracts and related documentation
- Oversee project planning and setup
- Coordinate labor resources and scheduling
- Develop budgets and support estimating efforts
- Manage project documentation, including submittals and O&M materials
- Coordinate procurement and subcontractor activities
- Track production and project progress
- Ensure quality control and assurance standards are upheld
- Monitor project costs and prepare billing
- Develop and maintain cost‑to‑complete forecasts
- Manage change order processes
- Oversee project closeout activities
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other duties and special assignments as needed
