Title: Site Safety Manager
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000

Summary:
An industry-leading electrical contractor is currently seeking a Site Safety Manager to support a cutting-edge data center project in Boise, Idaho. This role is critical to ensuring a safe, compliant, and proactive jobsite environment on a large-scale, mission-critical project.

The Site Safety Manager will be responsible for:
* Enforcing site safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
* Conducting site safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training sessions
* Performing regular jobsite safety inspections and audits
* Identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions
* Maintaining safety documentation, reports, and incident records
* Coordinating with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors
* Leading incident investigations and root cause analysis
* Promoting a proactive, zero-incident safety culture on site

The Site Safety Manager should have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* 3+ years of construction site safety experience, preferably on large commercial, industrial, or data center projects
* Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices
* OSHA 30 certification required (OSHA 500/510 preferred)
* Valid driver's license
