Restoration Superintendent - Commercial & Multifamily

And are well equipped to complete anything from a simple re-clad or re-roof to an entire exterior reconstruction.
They have secured a wide range of challenging multifamily and commercial restoration projects across the Carolina's and are now looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to help them manage this workload and service the growing client base.

Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with tenants, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, board members, and subcontractors.
- Lead weekly subcontractor meetings to plan and coordinate upcoming work.
- Create and update 3-week lookahead schedules and include site visits from architects/engineers.
- Understand CPM scheduling and support updates with field insights.
- Be fully engaged and accountable for everything that happens on site.
- Review subcontract scopes and plans with crew leaders before work begins.
- Ensure crews understand materials and applications; schedule demos and discussions.
- Hold pre-installation meetings for key scopes with A/E, subs, and manufacturers.
- Schedule inspections with local authorities and architects.
- Monitor and evaluate crew performance.
- Conduct weekly safety meetings and field walks to ensure safety and quality.
- Perform weekly safety inspections and quality control checks using Procore.
- Keep the jobsite clean and manage logistics (access, deliveries, traffic, laydown areas).
- Take preconstruction photos of the building and post daily progress photos in Procore with descriptions.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience supervising commercial construction projects including restorations
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Proficient with computers, tablets, and construction management software.
- Deep understanding of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and materials. In-depth understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
