Senior Civil Engineer (Land)
We are partnered with a nationally recognised, employee owned engineering and environmental consulting firm that has built its reputation on delivering complex, technically challenging projects across industrial, energy, and commercial sectors.
This is not a volume driven land development business. The work sits in projects where engineering and environmental constraints meet, requiring a higher level of technical thinking, regulatory navigation, and client collaboration. The firm works across the full lifecycle from early due diligence and permitting through to design and construction support, giving their teams real ownership over projects from start to finish.
With continued growth in the Pittsburgh office, they are looking to bring in a senior leader to expand their civil practice and play a key role in shaping the future of the business locally.
The Opportunity
This is a true Principal level role with a strong focus on leadership, business development, and team growth.
You will take ownership of key client relationships, lead project delivery, and mentor a team of Project Managers and engineers. There is a clear expectation to grow a portfolio, but with the support of an established brand, existing backlog, and strong internal technical teams.
The role is well suited to someone who wants to step into a position where they can genuinely influence direction, rather than just manage projects.
