A forward-thinking engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil PM to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the Seattle area. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in both technical leadership and client-facing environments, and who is passionate about mentoring teams and delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions.
About the Role
As a senior member of the team, you'll oversee the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, including utilities, stormwater systems, and treatment facilities. You'll manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules while guiding junior engineers and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to shape resilient communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering projects across water, wastewater, stormwater, and utility sectors.
- Manage project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and quality assurance.
- Serve as Engineer of Record and lead technical reviews.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, stakeholder engagements, and public forums.
- Develop proposals, cost estimates, and technical strategies for new opportunities.
- Mentor junior staff in technical design, project management, and client relations.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, plumbing) to ensure integrated solutions.
- Conduct site visits and field assessments as needed.
- Champion quality control and ensure adherence to internal standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- PE license in Washington or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water/wastewater infrastructure.
- Proven track record in project management and technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Civil 3D; familiarity with ArcGIS Pro is a plus.
- Experience designing pipelines, treatment systems, and related infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Experience mentoring teams and leading multidisciplinary projects.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on experience
