This is a high-impact opportunity for a Senior Estimator who wants to take ownership of major bids, influence strategy, and play a key role in winning work and driving the company forward.
The Role
- Lead estimating efforts across a range of façade and exterior envelope projects
- Take ownership of bids from initial take-offs through to final submission
- Work closely with operations, leadership, and clients to ensure alignment throughout the preconstruction phase
- Support development and improvement of estimating processes and systems
- Mentor junior estimators and contribute to the overall growth of the team
- Leverage market knowledge and relationships to help secure new work
What We're Looking For
- Background in exterior restoration or new construction
- Strong experience in estimating, ideally within a subcontractor or façade specialist
- Ability to manage multiple bids while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong technical understanding across one or more of the following:
- General Construction
- EIFS / Stucco
- Drywall
- Metal panels
- Glazing / curtain wall
- General building envelope systems
- Commercially aware with a track record of contributing to winning work
- Proactive, driven, and able to operate both independently and as part of a team
Ideal Backgrounds
- Senior Estimator within a façade, envelope, or specialty subcontractor
- Estimator within a GC with strong exposure to exterior scopes
- Estimator ready to step into a more senior, high-impact role
