We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Georgetown, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large‑scale construction projects in the Austin market, with demonstrated experience overseeing budgets, P&Ls, administrative processes, and on‑site job walks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high‑value projects ranging from $15M to $20M
- Oversee full project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Coordinate administrative tasks and ensure all project documentation is accurate and timely
- Conduct regular job walks to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success
- Maintain strong awareness of local market conditions and industry standards within the Austin region
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience within construction or a related field
- Proven track record managing high‑scale projects up to $15M-$20M
- Strong financial acumen with hands‑on experience in budgeting and P&L oversight
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with the Austin construction market is required
