A specialist consultancy operating across both active construction project controls and construction disputes. The business supports clients with high-level Primavera P6 scheduling while developing consultants into delay, disruption, and expert advisory work.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Scheduler looking to move beyond pure delivery and gain exposure to the disputes and forensic side of the industry.
Role
You'll be responsible for building and managing complex Primavera P6 construction schedules, while also supporting dispute-related assignments as you develop in the role.
You do not need prior disputes experience. The company provides structured training and mentorship from experienced disputes and expert professionals, giving you a clear route into this space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed Primavera P6 schedules from scratch
- Maintain and update schedules, tracking progress, risks, and delays
- Carry out critical path and float analysis
- Support project teams with planning strategy and recovery plans
- Assist with delay analysis and claims support work (full training provided)
- Work alongside senior consultants on forensic scheduling and expert assignments
- Engage with stakeholders across a range of projects and sectors
Requirements
- Strong experience building and managing P6 schedules end-to-end
- Background in construction project controls / scheduling (GC, EPC, or consultancy)
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
- Solid understanding of CPM scheduling principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Exposure to delay analysis, claims, or disputes work
