Position Overview
This Senior Structural Engineer role focuses on evaluating and restoring existing structures to ensure long term performance and safety. You will take responsibility for inspections, diagnostic assessments, repair design and the oversight of restoration work in the field. Your work will directly impact the service life of buildings and critical structures, making this an opportunity to contribute to meaningful, high value projects every day.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed assessments to diagnose structural issues in existing buildings
* Develop repair strategies and restoration designs tailored to each project's needs
* Oversee construction activities to ensure quality, safety and compliance with design intent
* Work directly with owners, contractors and project stakeholders throughout project delivery
* Provide technical insight that supports business development and client engagement
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a cohesive, high performing team
* Remain informed on industry standards, codes and emerging restoration practices
* Participate in training and technical sessions to maintain and enhance subject matter expertise
* Help expand service offerings by contributing to internal process improvements and technical best practices
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or structural engineering
* Professional Engineer license with six or more years in concrete repair, restoration or forensic investigation
* Alternatively, twelve or more years of concrete design experience without a PE and seven or more years in restoration or forensic roles
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience using non destructive evaluation tools including ground penetrating radar and half cell potential systems
* Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, equipment, specifications, OSHA guidelines and relevant standards
* High technical aptitude with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
