Senior Project Manager - Telecommunications Construction
Location: Milton, WA (In-Person)
Salary Range: $100K-$180K + Performance-Based Bonuses
Industry: Federal/State Contracting - Electrical, Telecom, Utilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead federal/state telecom construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, Davis-Bacon Act, Buy American Act, and Section 889.
- Manage subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and government reporting.
- Serve as primary liaison with contracting officers and federal agencies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align project goals with company strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar government contracts.
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement, RFP/RFQ processes, and compliance.
- Familiarity with agencies like DOD, VA, GSA, NAVFAC, Army Corps of Engineers.
- Skilled in estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Effective communicator and team leader with a results-driven mindset.
