What You'll Do
- Lead complex projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.
- Drive business development efforts-identify leads, develop proposals, and build client relationships.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants to deliver innovative solutions.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, fostering growth and excellence.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources.
- Florida PE license.
- 15+ years of experience in drainage and water resources projects.
- Expertise in ICPR, SWMM, HEC-RAS, and proficiency in Bentley ORD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in business development and managing multidiscipline teams.
