Sr ICT Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
Design & Technical Leadership
- Lead the design and delivery of complex ICT systems, with a strong focus on data center infrastructure.
- Develop and review detailed design documentation, including structured cabling, network architecture, and security systems.
- Utilize Revit and other BIM tools to produce and coordinate high-quality design models.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and translating them into effective technical solutions.
- Support business development initiatives by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services within existing accounts and building new client relationships.
Mentorship & Team Development
- Mentor junior engineers and designers, providing guidance on technical development and project execution.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the development of best practices.
Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in ICT design, with a strong portfolio of data center projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with BIM coordination processes.
- Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure standards (TIA, BICSI, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience mentoring junior staff and contributing to team growth and development.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RCDD, DCDC) are a plus.
