Key Responsibilities
As a Structural Engineer, you will:
- Perform structural analysis and design for industrial facilities, including:
- Process buildings and support structures
- Equipment and machinery foundations
- Steel and reinforced concrete industrial structures
- Building and site‑related structural elements
- Develop structural design documents from concept through construction
- Coordinate closely with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams to ensure fully integrated designs
- Participate in BIM‑driven workflows using Revit and Plant 3D to support equipment and structure coordination
- Support field efforts, constructability reviews, and problem solving during construction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 4-8 years of experience in structural engineering
- Experience with industrial or process‑related structures strongly preferred
- Exposure to steel, concrete, and foundation design
- Progress toward PE licensure (PE preferred, not required)
- Working knowledge of Revit or other 3D/BIM design tools
- Strong communication skills and a practical, solution‑oriented mindset
