What you will do
- Lead and contribute to design across steel, concrete, wood, and masonry
- Perform advanced structural and seismic analysis
- Support retrofit strategies and complex engineering solutions
- Coordinate directly with architects, contractors, and developers
- Mentor junior engineers and help shape team standards as the group grows
What you bring
- Minimum five years of structural engineering experience
- Professional Engineer license
- Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong technical fundamentals and interest in complex projects
- Experience with ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, or similar software
- A collaborative approach and ability to work independently
