Structural Engineer

Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing across a diverse mix of new construction and existing building projects
- Collaborate closely with architects, owners, and contractors to deliver well-coordinated, high-quality structural drawings
- Lead and mentor teams of engineers, designers, and drafters on larger assignments
- Drive effective communication across the project team throughout all phases of design
Qualifications
- BS in Civil or Structural Engineering required, MS preferred
- Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in structural building design
- DSA and/or HCAI project experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a desire to grow into a senior or PM role
