Superintedent
A vertically integrated construction company based in Waukesha, focused on renewable energy, is seeking an experienced Solar Superintendent to oversee field operations for solar projects. This hands-on leadership role is key to ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on commercial and residential job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish
Supervise crews, subcontractors, and daily field operations
Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality control
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors
Manage job site logistics, materials, and equipment
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a superintendent or foreman in solar or construction
Strong knowledge of solar PV installations and construction best practices
Proven leadership and communication skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Ability to travel to project sites throughout the region
