The Role
They are seeking a Technical Manager to join their Singapore team. This senior role focuses on providing technical and operational support for infrastructure projects-particularly in the waste-to-value sector-across the APAC region. The role involves managing technical risks, supporting project development and construction, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical due diligence and risk assessments for waste-to-value and water-related infrastructure projects.
- Support project development, construction, and operations by ensuring technical compliance and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with investment teams to provide technical inputs for financial modeling and investment proposals.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and assess developer capabilities.
- Review and advise on key project contracts, including EPC, O&M, and offtake agreements.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and internal ESG policies.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
- Assist in stakeholder engagement and community relations to support project success.
