Your Role as Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you'll lead and manage water/wastewater projects from concept through construction while fostering strong client relationships and supporting a cohesive project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, and delivery of water/wastewater infrastructure projects
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and team workflows
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Oversee technical work, QA/QC reviews, and permitting activities
- Mentor early‑career engineers in a supportive, non‑pressure environment
- Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and service quality
