Project Manager - Building Automation
Greater Boston | Up to $160,000 + Quarterly Bonuses
We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead Building Automation & Controls projects across the Greater Boston region. This role offers hybrid flexibility, a strong technical focus, and a compensation structure that includes bonuses paid 4× per year.
What You'll Do
- Manage full BAS project delivery: scope development, submittals, scheduling, procurement, installation oversight
- Coordinate engineers, programmers, commissioning teams, and subcontractors
- Oversee cost control, change management, progress tracking, and risk mitigation
- Serve as primary technical + commercial contact for clients
- Ensure compliance with specifications, QA/QC processes, and industry standards
- Drive preparation of as‑builts, commissioning documentation, and turnover packages
What You Bring
- Project management experience in building automation, HVAC controls, MEP, or a similar technical environment
- Solid understanding of BAS platforms (JCI, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
- Engineering background or PMP certification is a plus, but not required
