They're seeking a motivated Project Manager with 4-7 years of experience in FISP work and/or parking garage inspection and restoration. What You'll Do
Lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Oversee inspections and compliance with FISP requirements and parking structure restoration.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver successful outcomes.
Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Anticipate project needs and proactively address challenges to keep work on track.

What We're Looking For
4-7 years of experience in FISP inspections and/or parking garage restoration.
- PE or RA license preferred
Strong knowledge of New York building codes and restoration practices.
A willingness to grow, learn, and take on new challenges.
Ideally, prior experience managing or mentoring a small team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
