Salary: $110,000-$150,000 base + $1,000/month truck allowance

The Opportunity
A well-established mechanical and plumbing contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to support continued growth across commercial and industrial projects.
This is a longterm opportunity for a PM who wants autonomy, strong backing from leadership, and the chance to run meaningful work in one of the most active construction markets in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project controls
- Coordinate with field leadership, estimators, engineers, and clients
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle change orders, procurement, and financial reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Projects You'll Work On
- Commercial projects
- Healthcare, education, and mission‑critical facilities
- Industrial and large-scale MEP projects

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of mechanical or plumbing project management experience
- Background with a mechanical, plumbing, or MEP contractor
- Strong understanding of project financials and scheduling
- Experience managing multiple trades or large scopes preferred
- Ability to work independently and lead teams in the field
