Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact wastewater treatment plant reconstruction project in the Quad Cities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction, particularly in water/wastewater infrastructure, and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-year projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout
  • Oversee subcontractors, safety compliance, and quality control
  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and field teams
  • Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and standards
  • Administer change orders, pay applications, and cost controls
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment
  • Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling (preferred)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in heavy civil or wastewater infrastructure project management
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods
  • Proficiency in project management software; Primavera P6 experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage large budgets and multi-year schedules
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site
